What is your return policy?
We want you to love the pieces you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase on Gemoj, you can return the item(s) for a refund, store credit or exchange. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. We don't accept returns after the 30 days period.
Please note: We ask that all returned items be returned in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept worn or damaged items. If a worn or damaged item is returned, the return will be refused and sent back to you. If you have any other questions about returns please feel free to contact us at CustomerService@Gemoj.com.
I’ve received my jewellery but would like to return it - how do I do that?
While returning your item(s), please address the package to "Navin Handicrafts, A-80, First Floor, Sector-65, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, 201301, India".
If you're asking for an exchange of equal or lesser value, we'll send your replacement item(s) at no charge. If you’re asking for an exchange of greater value, we will need your payment information to charge you the balance, with the shipping charges covered by us. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you Gemoj credit instead. If you do not want the credit, you can email us and change it out for a refund or a different item(s). If you're asking for a refund, you'll be reimbursed for the item(s) returned.
My jewellery broke after the 30-day return policy, can I return it?
The last thing we want is an unhappy customer. if your jewellery has broken after the 30-day return policy, please contact us at CustomerService@Gemoj.com. We will have you send us the broken item and replace the item.
